Suspended round electromagnet separator RCDB Series is for in-line magnetic separator for clean tramp iron in materials in conveyor system.

Function

Remove magnetic tramp metals (0.1 – 25 kg ) from thicker materials bed and coal, for improving or purifying hard coke, ores, limestone, spall, corns and wooden shavings under bigger granularity.

Suspend permanent magnetic belt separator series RCYD is energy saving type separator equipment using the latest third generation rare-earth permanent-magnet material NdFeB to form magnetic system which produces strong magnet field attraction.

This product series links up with transferring equipments to form a complete set to remove the iron magnetic materials under weight of 0.1-25kg mixed among the non-magnetic materials.

Introduction

This product RCDY Series is designed for long term operating shift provided with adjustable hook in its suspending system to adjust erection and installation height conveniently. It produces almost the same magnetic field along its width direction (in size B). Thus, it is suitable for removing the magnetic tramp iron from rare thick material bed and corns, wooden shavings, sugar crane residents, scissoring raw material and chemical raw material under light stack weight.

Application

Remove the tramp irons from materials which is not thick and heavy, such as grains, wooden shavings, bagasse, chemicals, etc.
