Product introduction

DLS Series high gradient magnetic separator is a new product developed independently by Dalishen. It combines the characteristics of international advanced high intensity magnetic separators, which is so far the high intensity magnetic separator of best performance and most advanced technology. This product utilizes vertical ring rotation, pulsating beneficiation and high frequency vibrator, and it has no magnetic medium jam problem in flat ring high intensity magnetic separator and flat ring high gradient magnetic separator.

It has the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high security and convenient operation etc. This product realizes both high beneficiation ratio and high recycle ratio in separating weak magnetic minerals.

1. Updating Ferrous Metals: Martite, Hematite, Siderite, Chromite, Ilmenite, Manganese, Etc.

Product profile

High Gradient Magnetic Separator DLSD series is a new deironing product developed independently by our company. (The product has obtained the national patent. Patent No: ZL200920065387.3) It combines the characteristics of worldwide high intensity magnetic separators. So far it is the domestic high intensity magnetic separators with the best functions and the most advanced technology. The concentration ratio of this product is high, and the adaptability for ore-feeding size, ore-feeding concentration and grade fluctuation is strong. This product is also reliable in operation and easy to maintain.

 

Application

For purifying (iron and titanium removal) nonmetallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. Also for low-intensity magnetic separation.

Working principle

Electromagnetic coil is electrified with direct current and thus forms magnetic field. Magnetic line of force goes through magnetic medium producing high gradient magnetic field. When slurry containing magnetic materials flows through magnetic medium from the button to the top, magnetic granule is absorbed by the giant magnetic field on the surface of magnetic medium. Under the control of PLC, each valve and electric element operates automatically. As a result, the iron is removed from mineral.

Main characteristics

1. Background field is 16000 Gauss, and the surface of magnetic medium intensity is 31800 Gauss.
2. Raw ore enters the magnetic medium from down to up and the pressing rinsewater pulsates tailings from up to down. DLSD series magnetic separator uses pressing water to pulsate tailings. The supply direction of minerals is opposite to the direction of minerals, so the coarse granular can be washed away easily, and the magnetic medium jam is effectively prevented. This product solves the magnetic medium jam problem in other high intensity magnetic separator.
3. Other high gradient magnetic separator in the world imposes strict limitation on the fineness of the mineral. We research the unique structure and optimized combination of magnetic medium(the box of magnetic medium has obtained the national patent. Patent No:ZL200920306697.x), and make the upper limit of the DLSD series magnetic separator for mineral fineness 2.0mm, simplify the work for grade of mineral on site, and it has more adaptability.

Product Description

Dry Rare Earth Roll Magnetic Separator (RERMS) is to lower the content of ferrous contaminants in non-magnetic materials, or upgrade the ferrous minerals. It is for dry magnetic separation, with great magnetic intensity, it is suitable to treat weakly magnetic minerals.
Magnetic intensity, diameter and number of rolls are optional according to various minerals.

Applications

1. Separating or purifying the coarse weakly magnetic ore (such as hematite, ilmenite, manganese etc)
2. concentration of non-ferrous ore (such as quartz, feldspar, andalusite ete).
3. Removal of ferrous imparities from abrasives, catalysts and other powder.

Working Principle

Material is fed by a vibratory feeder
Rotating Belt carries material into the magnetic field of the magnetic pulley.
Magnetic particles are attracted by the magnet and discharged when the belt rotates to the non-magnetic field.
Then the magnetic particles go to the next stage for clean (Upgrade ferrous type), or the magnetic particles go to the Mag bucket, non-magnetic materials go to the next stage for clean.
